It had been entirely too long since the kids had seen their cousins...we got recharged this weekend, that's for sure! Two cousins flew out, and the kids' other cousins from South Jordan gathered to make some great fun!
The kids spent HOURS at the pool, camped out in the backyard, played "bigger and better", chalked at night, had a BYU/Utah war with neighbors, played in the water and roasted marshmallows up the canyon, stuffed themselves with the best ice cream, caramel, and hot fudge, and watched some of our favorite kid movies (Matilda is the best-the chokie, "Brucie", Mrs. Trunchbull). It was sad when the weekend was over, but the memories will carry us through until the next time that we see them all again!
