After having a picnic lunch, we enjoyed the swingsets and play equipment. Nathan loved spinning kids around on the equipment to see how dizzy he could make them. William and Alice loved the swingsets and "underdogs".
Afterwards, we went to a different section of the park where there was water flowing down a hill in concrete, symbolizing all the rivers of Utah. It was quite large, and fun for the kids to float pinecones down the hill. It was very shallow as well, and so it kept it pretty safe. It was fun, fun, fun. Five full hours of fun. And even better that noone got a sunburn.
There were many other sections of the park that we didn't explore (a mini-carnival complete with cotton candy), but we can save that for the next visit...
Kids went to bed at 7pm that night (little ones) and it made for a great day!
