Sarah headed down to EFY this week with her friend, Haley, from Florida. Haley's family were actually friends of ours in Colorado, but have since moved to Florida. The girls have gone to EFY two years in a row together, and really have a lot of fun seeing each other
We couldn't leave BYU without getting a yummy ice cream cone at the Wilkinson Center. William and Alice didn't want to leave without first finishing their cones because the sun would melt it. So, we ate leisurely and headed home satisfied.
The Olcott's (Florida friends) spent most of the week with us, as their kids are the same age as our kids. The kids had so much fun sleeping out in the tent one night, swimming all day (our sunburns were even minimal), air soft wars, Jamba Juice (never tried before, but realized I can easily duplicate these in my Vita-Mix), watching Sandlot with lots of yummy treats, eating strawberry marshmallow s'mores, and exploring the SLC cemetery. Timing was perfect, as Tim and Nathan were gone on their Scouting trip for the week.
We couldn't resist getting a picture with the inventor of the traffic signal-in honor of Tim!

I love the SL Cemetery. Carole & I spent a morning finding where all the Presidents of the Church were- there was a special, sacred feeling there.
