Gateway Sprinklers

Now that summer has started, so has our fun activities. Our schedule is set up differently this summer, which allos for more "field-trip" type activities. I have finally figured out how to squish everything in a summer day and still have fun with the kids (at least for this last week). After doing "Mom's time" on Tuesday, where the kids do whatever I want them to do, we headed over to The Gateway and played in the sprinklers. It is a big shopping mall, but there is this area where the kids run through sprinklers that shoot up from the ground. And, every half hour, they have a "grand finale" as the kids call it where the water shoots to music. We had so much fun that we had to go twice this week!

Even though Sarah didn't run in the sprinklers, she was true to form by supporting the family, and reading all at the same time.
