We have an after-dinner ritual to see
the latest and greatest YouTube videos.
It is amazing what circulates with kids.
Pretty funny stuff.
The kids love that they can entertain us
(instead of cleaning up after dinner), and we love that the kids entertain us
(as long as they work after entertaining).
One day Tim showed the kids an
entertaining video. It was very
entertaining to Nate. He started making
plans. And, before we knew it, he wanted
to mimic the video at our ranch.
Hmmm.
Dangerous? Was it even
possible? Could he pull it together?
Nathan assured us that he would gather
all supplies and people to recreate this work of art.
And, that he did.
Tim spent a weekend up at the ranch with
Nate and his friends. They needed very
little (if any) supervision, and got the job done.
A Facebook invite went out for the
following Monday (holiday) to meet at the corner grocery store to carpool up to
the ranch to create a Youtube video of their own.
Plenty of people came, and the whole day
was a success.
