Trying out Snowmobiling as a Family

We have always wanted snowmobiles-when Tim found out that his old BYU professor was selling his snowmobiles for a good price (we always like a good price), trailer included, we jumped on the deal.  It was the kind of deal where the snowmobiles were older, but always maintained yearly, and they all worked great.

So, we trekked down to the ranch earlier this year for our first try at  the snowmobiles.  Tim had gone down on a previous trip with Will to check out them out, and to know what to expect when we went down as a family.

Sledding

Sarah tagged along, and I would have to say-this is one of the first trips in quite a while where EVERYONE enjoyed themselves equally!

Nate loved being pulled by a snowmobile (he was on skis) and hitting the jump him and Tim made, everyone enjoyed being pulled on a sled by a snowmobile, and Alice loved being able to learn how to ski.  Most of the family also got pulled on skis around the property as well.

Nate
Tim and I both agreed that this was an activity well worth having the snowmobiles, even if this was the only time we got down as a family!
