Ben has had fun experimenting with his garden this year.
His green onions have multiplied over the years, and Ben continues to divide and replant the bulbs.
His three-year carrots finally flowered and he has pulled off the seeds to replant next year.
And, Ben, planted corn this year, and produced the first corn we have ever gotten. He was pretty proud, and cooked it right up-not all the corn got picked in time, but I think he is going to see if he can turn the old corn into seeds for next year :)
Sarah has been our other gardener this year. She used up the rest of our garden spot, with her personal progress project (growing a garden of her own). It was one of the most beautiful gardens ever. She grew beautiful flowers, and plenty of produce. We ate her first canteloupe of the season for dinner this last week. Yum, yum!
