Anna was sure ready for her birthday! She let everyone know that it was HER day, and nothing was going to spoil that-of course, I reminded the kids that there wasn't anything wrong with that attitude. It only happens once a year, and I am glad that our kids can feel extra-special once a year! Anna got to go skiing with Tim for the first time on her birthday as well. She has begged for several years, but Tim likes to start them when they are a little older. They did the "ski free after 3pm" deal, and since we have skiis, it makes for a great way to teach the kids.
We always seem to have the same type of pictures for birthdays, but I guess that is what tradition is all about...
