In a moment of spontaneity, Nathan bought a used Guitar Hero at Half.com one night with me. He was SO EXCITED to get it.Well, after waiting four weeks...coming home every day after school asking if he had gotten his package, we decided to file a claim with Half.com.
This was agonizing for Nathan. He just wanted his Guitar Hero.
The end result? We got our money back from Half, and ordered another one from Circuit City (they don't sell it in stores anymore), and it came in two days.
A hard lesson for an 11-year-old. And, his last comment about the experience? "I am never ordering online again!"
