We held out as long as we could...when we moved to Utah, we made a promise to each other that we would focus on other things besides work projects.
This summer we decided to ditch the promise and have some fun-we really do like these types of "projects."
Right now we are working on a shed in the backyard and new "stuff" in the bathrooms (the 2 upstairs). We are only tearing out one bathroom at a time.
